Paweł Wolański, dotychczasowy Dyrektor Akademii Lechii Gdańsk, podpisał nowe porozumienie z Klubem, które prolonguje jego umowę o kolejne 4 lata.

Swoje obowiązki pełni już prawie od 1,5 roku, a dokładniej od 1 lutego 2022 r. Paweł Wolański jest trenerem piłki nożnej z licencją UEFA A, absolwentem Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego we Wrocławiu. Doświadczenie zawodowe zbierał m.in. pracując przez 7 lat w Opolskim Związku Piłki Nożnej w młodzieżowych reprezentacjach związkowych. Wolański ma tytuł doktora w dziedzinie nauk medycznych i nauk o zdrowiu, w dyscyplinie nauk o kulturze fizycznej. Jest także wykładowcą i pracownikiem naukowym Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu w Gdańsku.

– Z dumą informujemy o przedłużeniu kontraktu z Pawłem Wolańskim. Jesteśmy bardzo szczęśliwi, że możemy mieć w Klubie takiego szefa Akademii jak Paweł – osobę, która podziela naszą wizję rozwoju i z którą zamierzamy wspólnie ją realizować, stosując najwyższe standardy pracy – powiedział Prezes Zarządu Paolo Urfer.

Pawel Wolanski, Lechia’s Gdansk current Academy Director, has signed a new agreement with the Club that prolongs his contract for the next 4 years.

He has been performing his duties in the club for almost 1,5 years – since February 1, 2022. Pawel Wolanski is a soccer coach with a UEFA A license, a graduate of the Wroclaw University School of Physical Education. He had been gathering experiences and developing skills in many places, including working for 7 years at the Opole Football Association in the association’s youth teams. Wolanski holds a doctorate in medical and health sciences – in physical culture sciences. He is also a lecturer and researcher at the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport.

– We are proud to announce the extension of the contract of Pawel Wolanski. We are very happy to count in the club with a head of academy like Pawel who is sharing the same line of work we intend to implement together based on the quality and in the high requirements of work standards – said Paolo Urfer, President of the Management Board of Lechia Gdańsk.
